We are really pleased with the work we have received thus far, particularly from Maryssa and Brian, as they have been the consistent players. With the shortages of products and previous experience with other renovations (some good, some terrible) we knew to expect some hiccups and delays. This team has been excellent- very transparent, prompt with information, and courteous professional service in my home and with myself and family. Really pleased.
My mother in law is redoing her bathroom. I have dealt with Dynasty in the past and have found the service and knowledge of the employees very helpful so I suggested we pay a visit. Carol Galka did not disappoint. She spent the time needed to help my mother-in-law with her choices. Carol had some great suggestions and was very thorough in making sure everything was done right. Bonus, the order came earlier then expected.
Just had our new Toto toilet installed by Patrick from Dynasty. Great job. Friendly man, worked quickly and cleaned everything up. Very satisfied.
And Carol was so helpful and patient in the store while we decided which toilet to buy.
We just had our bathrooms renovated. The main bathroom was a complete do over. We are very happy with the job. The workmanship was top notch. If there were any questions they were there to answer. Workers were always on time and considerate. All I can say is we are soooo very happy with the final job.
I have had several dealings with the staff at Dynasty Bathrooms over the last several months and they have all been very positive. They have an excellent selection of quality products both in store and available to order. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and any issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Purchasing items like these online through Wayfair or Amazon has proved to be time intensive (shipping), expensive and difficult to correct when the order was wrong or the item damaged. More often than not the products from these online outlets were of an inferior quality as well. We will continue to use Dynasty for all of our Kitchen and Bath renovations and would highly recommend them!
I chose Dynasty because I was pleased with my bathroom reno 20 years ago. This time did not disappoint, from Rob in the showroom who helped me choose a high rise toilet model, to Bridget the consultant who did measurements for estimate costs, who helped me decide on the flooring, and who kept me updated when the work would commence, and to Steven who did timely and quality work installing flooring and toilet. As well, Bridget went beyond to find handles and water seal strip for existing shower doors, items that I really wanted. I would certainly call on Bridget again. All these people were great to work with, for sure.
