Installer:

Looking for installers to join our Dynasty Bathrooms family and help make beautiful bathrooms and kitchens in the Winnipeg area. Applicant must have experience to accomplish controlled demolition safely, understand framing inside walls, electrical, plumbing and finished carpentry. Installation knowledge and experience of tiles, vinyl flooring, drywall, painting, shower walls, grab bars, whirlpool tubs, tub/shower doors, toilets, vanities, sinks, faucets, mirrors and medicine cabinets.

Requirements:
Must have the ability to work alone or part of a team.
Must represent the company in a professional manner.
Must have valid class 5 drivers license.
Must have own tools.
8-10 years experience preferred.
Time management skills with an ability to multi-task/prioritize.
Excellent written and oral communication – you will be communicating with Clients and Vendors on daily basis via phone and email.
High Attention to Detail/ Extremely organized.
Strong English language skills ensure seamless communication.
Salary/wage is based on skills and experience.

Sales Associate:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our kitchen and bath showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an eye for design, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service. You will help guide clients through product selections, provide accurate quotes, and support them throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a professional, helpful experience
Assist homeowners, contractors, and designers with product selections
Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently
Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
Maintain product knowledge on fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, and accessories
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Experience in kitchen & bath, home improvement, interior design, or construction is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to learn technical product information
Comfortable working with computers and quoting systems
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
Bathroom & Kitchen knowledge recommended.
Hours would range between both showrooms 38-40hrs (Saturdays a must, Closed on Sundays)
Wage between $17-$24 depending on experience
