We are looking for individuals that enjoy working with people and has a passion for home renovations. This position requires someone who is organized, hardworking, good at multi-tasking and has a great attitude and enthusiasm. Design, renovation and/or plumbing experience is not required, however it would be considered an asset.
Receptionist / Front Desk Position:
Duties to include:
– Booking showroom consultations
– Greeting all guests and identifying the purpose of their visit
– Work closely with sales team
– Accepting mail and other distributions
– Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
– Completing data entry work through Microsoft 365 and POS system
– Process payments
– Prepare for meetings and training sessions
– Generate showroom signs, tags and brochure maintenance
– Light sales
– Scanning and faxing documents
– Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Requirement are as follows:
– Provide excellent customer service
– Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
– Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Basic computer and typing skills required
– Must be able to work both locations and Saturdays
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.30 – 17.00/hr
Sales Associate:
Duties to include:
– Personal contact with walk-in and telephone customers including home-owners, contractors and designers
– Identify needs and provide product knowledge and recommendations
– Process sales into POS system and take payments
– Prepare quotes and estimates and alter as needed to meet the clients requests
– Complete pertinent documentation associated with all sales and orders
– Request quotes for product costs and accurately price out products
– Work with clients and staff to ensure post-order changes are impleented correctly
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Must represent the company in a professional manner
– Respond to emails, external and internal
– Provide after-service follow-up and care to clients
Requirement are as follows:
– Experience with providing excellent customer service
– Attention to detail
– Willingness to learn
– Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
– Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
– Must have experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
– Must be able to work both locations and Saturdays
