Fueled by a passion for top-notch customer service and a desire to offer unparalleled product selection, Ken aimed to distinguish himself from big-box competitors. Though Ken passed away in 2023, his legacy lives on. He was not just a founder; he was the architect of a Dynasty—a testament to his unwavering commitment, vision, and dedication to creating something truly exceptional.

Tina is the second-generation of this family-started and owned local business. Her tenure at Dynasty Bathrooms started in 2007 where she previously came from a retail management background. Tina’s focus is to make Dynasty Bathrooms the best it can be with the two Winnipeg showrooms and our installation department for full-service professional home renovations.

Sherri brings over 20 years of retail leadership experience and a strong track record of building teams, improving performance, and delivering results. She has stepped into intricate environments throughout her career and consistently found ways to strengthen operations, grow revenue, and elevate the customer experience. At Dynasty Bathrooms, her experience will help keep the showroom dynamic and inspiring, showcasing the latest trends and exciting new products for customers to discover.

Christa contributes to a variety of administrative tasks and plays an active role in assisting customers and her peers.  Her attention to detail and reliability in these areas have made her an invaluable asset to the team. Over time, Christa’s hard work, commitment, and consistent performance have not gone unnoticed. Through her dedication and willingness to take on new responsibilities, she has steadily progressed into a supervisory role. Her journey reflects both her professional growth and the high level of trust and respect she has earned within the organization.

Bridget has been with Dynasty Bathrooms since 2018. Starting as a sales associate at the Lorimer showroom, Bridget’s drive for finding clients the perfect products for home bathroom renovations has lead her into her estimator role for not only product selection but in labour components as well. Bridget is also well versed in the areas of Limited Mobility and Aging in place design and can assist with the needs for walk-in tubs and Universal Design.

Karen joined Dynasty Bathrooms in 2021 as an Administrative Assistant and later transitioned into her current role as our Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator. She manages carrier/customer relationships, identifies opportunities, and ensures smooth freight operations for deliveries. Karen also assists in vendor purchasing and showroom inventory management. Her expertise contributes significantly to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Erin joined Dynasty Bathrooms in 2023, leveraging her experience from a cleaning company to ensure both our showrooms maintain a neat, clean, organized, and tidy appearance. She meticulously tends to display items, ensuring they are in optimal condition to showcase our products effectively. Additionally, Erin is diligent in organizing and labeling parts and materials, contributing to an efficient and streamlined workflow.

Damien has been with Dynasty Bathrooms since 2016. Damien’s previous experience centered around custom shower door installations. At Dynasty Bathrooms he quickly became our shower door specialist assisting our associates and our clients. Damien has since grew his installation experiences and installs full bathrooms and kitchens in our installation team.

Steven, an MHBA Renovation Award recipient has been with Dynasty Bathrooms since 2013. Training under our long-term (now retired) Leo Laberge, he started with our exclusive Dynacove wall set and with years of experience under his belt installs all our home renovation products, encompassing shower doors, fixtures, lighting and more.

Trenton joined our installation team in fall 2023, following in the footsteps of another family member already working at Dynasty Bathrooms. He seamlessly transitions between job sites, providing support to our installers, managing product pickups, assisting in warehouse operations, handling property maintenance, and pitching in wherever necessary.

Trevor joined Dynasty Bathrooms in 2025, bringing with him experience in residential pool construction and a strong background in manual labor. Known for his solid work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude, Trevor takes pride in his attention to detail and eagerness to learn. His dedication and drive make him a valuable part of the Dynasty Bathrooms team.

Tim first joined us as our warehouse supervisor in 2017, where his attention to detail kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Now retired from his warehouse role, Tim continues to be part of the Dynasty team as our photographer—capturing stunning photos of completed renovations and special moments at staff events. His eye for detail continues to shine behind the lens.

Brian, a seasoned member of our team, has been with Dynasty since 2016, amassing over 30 years of invaluable experience. As the most experienced installer in our team, he is the go-to person whenever there’s a challenge or something needs fixing. Known for his exceptional attention to detail, Brian consistently garners praise and compliments for his workmanship and is also an MHBA Renovation Award Winner.
