Recently, a... ..... warranty issue occurred with one of the products we purchased. Dynasty honored the warranty in the best way possible and we truly appreciate it. We had three separate projects completed by Dynasty. Sales person Maryssa Z is very knowledgable; she listened to our concepts, helped pick out the new design features walked us through... ..... the process and, made herself available during the Reno’s. She monitored the quality of work and pace. The workmen were polite and explained the steps as they progressed. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was impressive. We are very happy with the two washrooms and the laundry room Reno’s!
