We were pleased that we selected Dynasty Bathrooms to modernize the plumbing fixtures in our half bathroom. The staff were amazing to work with from planning to installation. Karen... ..... did an excellent job of identifying options to address issues with the old pedestal sink which was plumbed through the floor. We eventually through much though, the plumbing was moved into the wall by Dynasty. Tina did great job scheduling the all the work. The workmanship of their installer Patrick was superb. He was pleasure to work with and able to repair a water damaged subfloor under toilet immediately as I had spare floor tiles and grout available.

Well it only took one phone call to find out the right product Part for our lavatory. I have a dynasty custom bathroom and ran into a problem... ..... after 10 years they just required a small part. The staff member that I was transferred to was amazing I always keep all my invoices and serial numbers products and models lots of pictures I gave him all the pertinent information and he had the answer in a split second and they carried the part! Couldn’t ask for better service!

Had an excellent experience dealing with Dynasty Bathrooms. Renovated our bathroom and the products worked perfectly. Had an issue with our contractor with a delay on our project and... ..... they were gracious enough to store my order until the contractor was ready to install. Karen was also helpful in resolving the tub pillow that went missing during installation.

I had a 12 year old Caroma dual flush (Purchased at Home Depot) that started leaking terribly. Found Dynasty Bathrooms when searching "Caroma parts near me". With the help and... ..... support I received at Dynasty (Thank you Karen!) I will NOT be returning to Home Depot for bathroom supplies again! ALL correct parts supplied right the first time!
