I went to the Logan Ave. location to purchase a special type of caulking for my Fleurco shower. As it was a specific brand, I thought that it might be... ..... an item that would require ordering. I was expecting that an order would possibly take 6 to 8 weeks. This item is not one that is stocked. However, Cole B. who works in the warehouse was able to find the exact brand, type & colour that I needed. He obviously knows his warehouse well as it did not take him long to find it. It was a small sale. He was courteous, informative & helpful. Great customer service!
