What the Client wanted: When the customer initially reached out to us, they were distressed by the persistent mold problem plaguing their bathroom. Despite trying numerous mold cleaners, even resorting to abrasive solutions, they found no success in eradicating it. Their primary goal was to achieve a cleaner, more hygienic, and modern space. Examining the photo, our seasoned designer/estimator discerned that the mold had permeated beyond the surface, seeping underneath the drywall, indicating a more extensive problem than initially anticipated. It was evident that a comprehensive bathroom renovation was essential.
Sitting down with the customer, we delved into a discussion of design ideas. They emphasized their desire for a jetted bathtub to add a touch of luxury to the space without breaking the bank.

What we transformed:

To combat the mold infestation, a complete transformation was imperative. Every element in their bathroom had to go – from the toilet, vanity, fixtures, faucets, tub, to the baseboards and even the drywall. We stripped it all down to the studs, leaving a blank canvas to create something entirely fresh.

The process began with the installation of new drywall and DensShield waterproof board, ensuring a solid and moisture-resistant foundation. The crowning jewel was the addition of a luxurious jetted Zen bathtub from Produits Neptune, offering a serene retreat right at home. For the tub surround, clients opted for durable Ames tiles, a choice both elegant and practical. Reliable Baril Petite Complete Shower Kit was installed to ensure durability.

To enhance functionality and accessibility, we introduced a brand-new Toto Entrada Toilet, combining style with efficiency. The curved shower rod from Crescent not only added a touch of elegance but also maximized space in the shower area. In addition, two sturdy Invisia grab bars were strategically placed along with Invisia Shampoo Shelf  to provide extra support and peace of mind.

Result: Through meticulous work, we ensured that every trace of mold was eradicated. The result? A complete metamorphosis from a once-infested bathroom into a sleek, modern oasis.
