Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

All terms are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. No further warranty is given or implied.

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject up to a 35% restocking fee, and must be in its original packaging and
may be subject to manager approval.

Note that Final Sale Items, Clearance Items, Special Orders, Grouts, Adhesives, Cleaning Products or Discontinued Items are Not Returnable.

Order cancellations must be within 24 hours or may be subject to the above restocking fee.

Note that ALL provided ETAs for products and services are estimated and are dependent upon many factors including: manufacturers stock and production, delivery dates, regular business working days (Monday-Friday), Canadian and US holidays, acts of Mother Nature and unforeseen disasters. Any failure to meet expressed or implied ETAs will not constitute grounds for charge-backs or other damages or claims against Dynasty Bathrooms or its suppliers.

Average time frame for special orders is 4-6 weeks.

All goods remain the property of Dynasty Bathrooms until payment has been received in full. Customer will be advised when product is available for pick-up.

Dynasty is not held liable for products that are left in our warehouse for more than 30 days.

Large items require a pre-scheduled pick-up time within regular shipping hours at the Logan Avenue Warehouse only. Dynasty
Bathrooms will not be responsible for damage and effects incurred once the product has left the building.

Shipping hours for Logan location:

Monday-Friday – 8:30am-3:30pm,
Saturdays – by appointment only

Shipping hours for Lorimer location: by appointment only.

Note that all Terms of Sale can be amended by the seller, including Conditions of Sale, Return Policy, Damage & Claims Policy.
