We offer full service renovations for mostly residential bathrooms and kitchens but have also done other rooms in the home such as basements and flooring projects. We have done some commercial projects as well such as bathrooms and lunchrooms for offices.

Our Process to a Successful Renovation

Home renovations are an exciting project to take on! Often there are a lot of considerations such as product choices, design and layout but also plumbing and structural aspects. At Dynasty Bathrooms we offer services from conception to completion but don’t stop there, we provide after-sales service and assist with maintenance inquiries, product warranties and a 2-year warranty on our installations. Below is our basic process for starting a renovation.

STEP 1

View our website! You’ve come to the right place.

Under the Products tab there are a variety of product categories, each with an array of products from many different manufactures and showcasing a variety of styles and ranging over various price points.

STEP 2

Request a Free Quote here. Here we ask some basic questions to get a feel for the type of renovation you are looking for.  You can attach pictures of the current space, floor plan drawings or layouts, a wish list of products you may have already decided are a must for your project. When you click submit, your information gets forwarded to our project coordinator who will then forward to an estimator who will contact you for further discussion of your wants, needs and budget and schedule the next step with you.

Please be honest with your budget price range. We want to ensure that the information you’ve provided for your renovation will fit in line to the allowable budget. Where your budget may seem low we can provide you with some recommendations of changes that can allow us to still renovate within your budget (ex changing a tile floor with in-floor heat can be changed to an LVT tile flooring that can offer some similar benefits at a lower cost).

STEP 3

Come into our showroom to view products in person.

There are a variety of items available in both kitchen and bathroom renovation products. Viewing online is not the same as in person. We encourage you to kick off your shoes and hop into a tub to make sure it’s going to provide you the perfect fit and comfort – it’s our version of “try before you buy”. You can step into a shower unit and make sure there is enough room for your body type. Feel the texture of wall surrounds. Turn on faucets and fixtures to view spray patterns. Have a seat on a toilet to ensure the “comfort height” is the right height for you.

At this stage we can narrow down which products you like best and want for your renovation. We are a one-stop-shop, that is you can purchase all items for your renovation through Dynasty Bathrooms, saving you from numerous trips to different stores for viewing, purchasing and picking-up of products. Flooring to lighting and everything in between! This includes mirrors, in-floor heating, tile and tile setting materials.

STEP 4

In-Home estimate. Once we know the products to into your renovation our estimator comes to your home and ensures these items will fit in your space. They will take measurements and view your home particulars to determine a full scope of work. Considerations such as determining if a tall linen tower will fit around the turns of your hallway into the bathroom, or does your current electrical have the ability to add in a bathtub with air system.

STEP 5

Our estimator will provide you with a 4-page written proposal what will detail all components of the renovation work the products to be installed and the payment schedule. Where required changes are made to the proposal until the home-owner is pleased with the proposal. From this point a deposit is made and the chosen products begin to get ordered.

The start date of your renovation will depend on the products chosen and their arrival into our warehouse, as well when our very own installers can be scheduled for your job. Once all products have arrived and we have one of our installers available to begin your project our co-ordinator will contact you to see if the projected start date works for you and can prepare you for the next steps.
